VERSATILE AMP FOR ALMOST ANY SUBWOOFER SYSTEM
If you're looking for high power for a subwoofer system, look no further than the XTHUNDER1500.1 mono subwoofer amplifier from MTX. This X-Thunder Series amp can drive a 1-ohm load with up to 1500 watts RMS, perfect for your multi-subwoofer setup or for a single high-performance, low-impedance sub.

FULL-POWER (1500-WATT) APPLICATIONS:
One dual voice coil 2-ohm sub rated for about 1200 to 2000 watts RMS
Two dual voice coil 4-ohm subs rated for about 700 to 750 watts RMS each
This versatile amp makes it easy to build up your subwoofer system, from 600 watts for a single 4-ohm sub, to 900 watts for a 2-ohm or two 4-ohm subs, and all the way up to 1500 watts for a 1-ohm system, without having to change amplifiers.

CONTROLS FOR SUPERIOR BASS TONE
In addition to all the power available, a variable low-pass filter adjusts your bass for best results with your subwoofer/enclosure combo. You can use the variable subsonic filter to tune a ported enclosure to sound its best, or adjust the bass boost to add just the right amount of low-frequency oomph. A wired remote level control comes with the amp so you can control all that bass goodness from your front seat.
